Our Philosophy

Gaming is for Entertainment, Not Addiction

ak8bd believes that online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it should always be enjoyed within limits and in a controlled way. Responsible gaming means keeping full control over your time and money, and knowing when to take a break.

On our platform you will find deposit limit controls, self-exclusion options, cooling-off periods, and a 24/7 support team — always by your side. We want you to enjoy gaming while staying happy and healthy.

Remember: responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is part of a healthy lifestyle. ak8bd always puts your mental and financial well-being first.

Protection Tools

All the Control Tools in Your Hands

ak8bd gives you a set of powerful tools so you can keep your own gaming experience safe.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it ensures you never spend beyond your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes some time to process.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, you can temporarily or permanently close your account yourself. Once self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to access the platform and will not receive any promotional emails.

Time-Out

Take a cooling-off period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time your account is automatically deactivated. Once the break is over, you can start playing again without any prompts.

Reality Check Reminder

Receive a reminder at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This transparency helps you make informed decisions and reduces the risk of playing too much.

Age Verification (21+)

To create an account at ak8bd, the user must be at least 21 years old. We follow a strict identity verification process and accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately.

24/7 Bengali Support

Our specialist support team is with you day and night. Speak to us directly via live chat for any concerns about gaming, to set limits, or to close your account — entirely in Bengali.

Healthy Gaming Habits

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times:

Play only for entertainment, not as a source of income
Set a budget in advance and stick to it strictly
Do not try to chase losses
Never play while intoxicated or in an emotional state
Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
Review your wins and losses regularly
Set a time limit before you play and stick to it

Age Verification Policy

The 21+ Age Limit — Why Does It Matter?

Online gaming and casino services are for adults only. ak8bd does not allow anyone under 21 to participate, in line with applicable guidelines in Bangladesh.

Age verification is mandatory at registration. If a user creates an account with false information and is later found to be a minor, the account will be seized and all winnings will be cancelled.

If there are any minor members in your household, keep your login details safe from them. Using parental control software is recommended.
